As a seasoned brewer, Jonathan Kaiser has tried his hand at several craft brews and apple ciders. His first batch of beer was a heffeweizen because, at the time, it was his favorite beer. But as he honed his craft (and taste), Jonathan discovered that his favorites are now “the hoppy-er, the better!” But that still doesn’t stop him from experimenting with new, fun styles and tastes.
